Now that we have had the chance to use and experiment with each of the tools a couple times, the twins feel comfortable enough using them on their own. We found that the bite size tray is our favorite, but it does need to be super sprayed down with cooking spray and they don't necessarily pop out, but you will have to practically invert each square to get brownie out. This is true for both fudge and cake type recipes.
We made a Christmas tree and bite size Christmas presents, covered with icing, for a party, and then my brother made another one for a baking contest his scout troop was holding. I neglected to take a picture of the ones the twins made, so they posed with the one that their brother entered his contest with.
Can you believe he won first prize with the brownie tree!! I think he won an apron and some cooking tools, and the twins were super excited and came home talking about selling Christmas trees, lol!
All in all, we are really enjoying our new toys from Wilton and the girls have been through the brownie book several times and made plans to try some of the ideas in there, as well as some of their own.
I do need to thank Wilton and A Little Bite of Life for our new toys!
